Hi, I'm Hannah. I initiate people into their next level of self-awareness. I believe the key ingredients to (spiritual) empowerment is getting to know yourself. If you know who you are and what you are about, you can do anything. Authentic and sustainable spiritual practices require courage, resilience, integrity and empathy. The times of giving our power blindly away to gurus and other worldly beings has come to pass. True empowerment is the journey back to self.
