An Energy Healing aims to restore balance and harmony within all levels of a body, Spirit and Soul. In the healing, I work alongside Spirit (incl. your personal Spirit Guides and Ancestors, Spirits of the land and my Spirits) to achieve this. Healing can include: clearing trauma, retrieving Soul pieces & restoring Power, Power Animal Retrieval, healing ancestor/DNA-lineage, clearing past-life karma, removing curses, balancing chakras.

In our day-to-day lives, we often (unconsciously) take on energies that aren't so great for us, and bring us out of balance. We all know the feeling of stress, exhaustion and an overactive mind. It is not easy tackling our life from that place. I invite you to an energetic cleansing ritual to release these heavy energies. In the session, I work with a range of Shamanic or Reiki techniques, Sage and the Drums to bring you back into inner peace and harmony. The sessions can last 45 min to 1h and are held at my house (or yours). It is possible to hold an online version, but they will differ considering I cannot physically smudge you.
