I know what it’s like to feel powerless, hopeless and everyone else gets it but you.
I spent nearly three decades in pain with no resolution. As a child, I was convinced God sent me on this planet as a punishment. I spent decades running away from my pain through excessive work, self-harm, gym routines, relationships, moving to different countries, only to experience more of the same abuse.
When I was 28, working in my alleged dream job in a conflict zone in Central Africa I couldn’t outrun my trauma anymore. Spirit came knocking on my door, calling me to make a decision. Either claiming the spiritual gifts that run in both my family lineages to heal and to serve others, or continue on my path and eventually face total self-destruction.
Shamanism was my journey back into the pain to face my darkness and turn it into power.
Unlike others though, this wasn’t my happy ending. My first teachers brought me face to face with the abuse of power that plagues our industry. The abuse pushed me nearly over the edge to forsake my calling. Back then, there were no answers on how to deal with this wherever I turned. Today I know I had to find my own answers to establish my unique way of healing and teaching that focuses on empowering people to become their own authority rather than indoctrinating them.
I learned 3 things from these experiences:
There is nothing fundamentally wrong with you. You didn’t deserve what you went through. You are not responsible for what happened to you but it’s on you to heal.
You’re not too fucked-up to heal and God/the universe doesn’t punish you. Your pain has a purpose, and you deserve to live a happy life, sharing your inherent gifts with the world because we need them (badly).
You are more powerful than you think you are. Your mind is lying to you, people are lying to you. I’ll show you! There is no one in this universe that knows what’s better for you than you.

Your darkness is not your fate, it’s the gateway to your greatness.
If you get a taste of how powerful you are, you’ll never confuse anyone else’s power as desirable again. I’ll show you how.
